"A wonderful experience"

I loved the structure of the journaling workshop, with short book extracts followed by prompts that gave you the freedom to explore your thoughts in the moment. Plus the option to share with the group made it even more special and meaningful. I would absolutely join again, so thank you Rachel for such a memorable afternoon!

Für mich, die ich nur Englisch von der Schule her spreche, eine ganz tolle Herausforderung, denn man kommt heraus aus seinem Alltag, bekommt Distanz zu der üblichen Denkweise, das ist sehr erfrischend! Rachels unaufdringliche, aber willkommen heißende Art macht es leicht, in kurzer Zeit auf die sehr gut ausgewählten Prompts zu „antworten“ - ganz ohne nachzudenken oder den Druck, irgendetwas richtig machen zu müssen. Man kann den eigenen Gedanken und Worten einfach ungezwungen Raum auf dem Papier geben, das war für mich ein toller kreativer Prozess! Die Gruppe war so nett und inspirierend, dass ich unbedingt wieder kommen möchte!
