Create. Connect. Grow.
Tell Your Story.
In an age of increasing disconnection and loneliness, exploring and sharing our own stories is a powerful way to build human connection. I offer journaling workshops to small groups of individuals seeking to unlock their personal creativity, and to companies as a highly effective and introvert-friendly team bonding activity.

“Rachel’s workshop was wonderful. The different pieces of writing moved me and helped me connect with myself. I never would have thought that writing would come so easily to me. Rachel creates a space of trust that allows for open exchange. I can absolutely recommend taking a workshop with her.” Sandra Zimmermann, workshop participant.
Workshops for individuals.
Start exploring your own stories, and unlock your creative power with a journaling workshop.

What happens?

Together, we read extracts from memoir, fiction, and poetry, then write individually in response to related prompts. The writing is private, and can be in any language.

Through sharing our stories within a small group (which is encouraged but not mandatory), we uncover the common experiences that connect and shape us.
How do I book?

Details of upcoming workshops in Stuttgart will appear here and on Instagram. When you attend, you will receive a notebook and pen to continue your journaling practice at home.
Workshops for companies.

Are traditional team building activities having little measurable impact on the cohesion of your teams? A journaling workshop offers a powerful alternative.

This unique tool invites employees to explore their creative potential, and fully embrace their authentic selves at work. The workshop also deepens connection between team members, in a psychologically safe and inclusive space.

What happens?
Guided by carefully chosen extracts from poetry, fiction, and memoir, participants write privately in response to related prompts.

After each writing session, individuals are invited to share the thoughts and ideas sparked by the text and the prompt, and can also read what they wrote, without there being any obligation to do so. The only requirement is active listening – which also creates a bond within the group.

What impact does it have?

By reflecting on their emotions and experiences, and discovering how much they share, workshop participants are able to better understand and empathise with each other – which has a lasting effect on team performance.

The workshop can also be tailored to a theme that reflects your company's goals, for example, "Transformation".
